The State Fiscal Service has been reformed into the State Tax Service.

New site for the new service: http://www.tax.gov.ua/

These changes must be taken into account when preparing documents to the tax authorities.

State Tax Service Issues

To agree with the proposal of the Ministry of Finance on the possibility of ensuring that the State Tax Service implements the functions assigned to it by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 6, 2019 No. 227 “On approval of the provisions on the State Tax Service of Ukraine and the State Customs Service of Ukraine” (Official Gazette of Ukraine, 2019, No. 26, Article 900) of the functions and powers of the state fiscal service, terminated upon the implementation of the state tax policy, state policy on administration of unified fee for obligatory state social insurance, state policy in the sphere of struggle against offenses in the application of tax laws as well as legislation on the payment of a single fee for obligatory state social insurance legislation and other issues, the monitoring of which is entrusted to the State Tax Service.
