The President has signed the Law on mandatory use of PPO and cashback

On October 17, 2019, the President has signed two Laws:

• No. 1053-1 dated September 6, 2019 on amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Application of Registrars of Settlement Transactions in the Field of Trade, Catering and Services” as regards the de-shadowing of settlements in the sphere of trade and services;
• No. 1073 datedAugust 29, 2019 on amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine on the deduction of payments in the sphere of trade and services.
