December 2019

We present you the  EBS Digest. The publication includes a selection of articles and practical cases in management consulting, finance and accounting outsourcing, management, and legal practice.

Our life becomes chaotic without rules, and the rules can structurize it.

The rules exist to make the processes clear and performable, without violating moral principles, widely accepted procedures and laws.

For somebody rules mean limits and prohibitions, for others — safety, interest, and life in compliance with its intended purpose. It is clear that people abiding by the rules are “good guys”, and those who violate them are “bad”. But each stage of development is connected to some extent with violation of the rules.

So where is the line between our whimsies and destruction of rules for the sake of a new stage of development?
