LAW OF UKRAINE “ON THE STATE BUDGET OF UKRAINE FOR 2022”

Law No. 1928-IX of 02.12.2021 “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2022” was adopted and published in Holos Ukrainy No. 237-238 of December 14, 2021, effective from January 1, 2022.

The main indicators of the state budget for 2022 are as follows:

1. State Budget revenues – UAH 1,323,923,761.5, including:

• general fund – in the amount of UAH 1,182,907,265.5,
• special fund – in the amount of UAH 141,016,496.

2. State Budget expenditures – UAH 1,499,469,883.7, including:

• general fund – UAH 1,345,921,899.5,
• special fund – UAH 153,547,984.2.

In 2022, the minimum wage will be

• monthly:

from January 1 – UAH 6,500;

from October 1 – UAH 6,700;

• hourly:

from January 1 – UAH 39.26;

from October 1 – UAH 40.46.

Indexation of wages is carried out within the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons of UAH 2,481.
