Flexible system

The IW Personnel and Payroll package provides special Business Central* functionality for small businesses, aimed at personnel management and payroll accounting in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation. This system provides full-fledged accounting, tax and management accounting, as well as the formation of mandatory and management reporting.

The IW HR and Payroll solution provides the ability to effectively manage HR processes, such as centralizing HR information, tracking working hours and attendance, and optimizing the hiring process by monitoring vacancies and candidates. In addition, the system allows you to control the provision of vacations, sick leave and absences, automatically calculate salaries and generate reports.

Organizational structure

The provided package allows you to centralize all personnel information. Maintaining a register of positions and the hierarchical structure of departments allows you to manage important information for each department, track vacant positions and the number of occupied places in the department.

Staffing

This function gives control over the admission of new candidates for vacant positions, management of vacancies, changes in the staffing table with the preservation of archived versions. The staffing table stores information about the method and amount of payment of wages to the employee, working conditions, work schedule and much more. Due to the settings in the system, you can allow or prohibit editing the parameters of a staff unit when hiring. The functionality also provides for the approval of the staffing table by responsible persons. At any time, the user can generate a printed staffing form or save the data in PDF format.

Employee information

The Personnel and Payroll package stores not only personal data of employees, but also official information. Among the official information, the system contains the department to which the employee belongs, his position and contact information. Provision is made for tracking the career progression of employees at the enterprise, such as hiring, assignment of vacations and business trips, changes in job parameters, any absence and dismissal.

The system also allows you to determine the availability of tax social benefits for an employee in all their variations, accounting for additional payments and deductions for wages, loans, writs of execution and alimony.

The module provides accounting of military duty in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. The system generates all the necessary data for subsequent transmission to military registration and enlistment offices.

To analyze the composition of the enterprise’s personnel, the system provides the “Personal Card P-2” report.

Working time tracking

The module allows you to assign any work schedule to employees, including complex ones, with evening and night shifts, and at any time receive information about the time worked by each employee and other absences – absenteeism, business trips and vacations, time off and sick leave in a convenient and understandable form.

Working calendars

The system allows you to create a variety of work calendars in accordance with the company’s work rules – with the inclusion or exclusion of holidays, work during non-working hours or weekends for one person or a group of people.

Working hours

The system allows you to use periodic charts with a period from 1 to 31 days. For each day, you can set a working time interval and a lunch break time. In this way, complex plots such as “two times three” can be created. The number of available charts is unlimited.

The functionality allows you to assign schedules to an individual department or employee and the entire enterprise.

The IW Personnel and Payroll package provides accounting for mutual settlements with workers, labor costs and automated payroll processes. The system supports various forms of remuneration, including salary, time-based and piece-rate, as well as their various variations.

A flexible time tracking system allows users to work on different work schedules and make changes to the standard mode. The software is successfully implemented in organizations with a large number of employees thanks to the automated completion and calculation of basic documents for payroll calculation.

Time orders

The module provides for the creation of orders to control the recording of working hours – orders for vacation, business trips, work on weekends, other types of absence, sick leave. After registering the order, the entire history is saved in the context of the employee and during his absence.

For each order, it is possible to create a printed form based on the data specified in the document.

Creating time sheets

This functionality allows you to keep monthly time records with detailed tracking of presence and absence in the context of temporary activities used in the enterprise. The ability to track hours worked by each employee with the ability to sort by department has been implemented. The system allows you to efficiently and flexibly obtain statistics for recording and analyzing working hours, as well as for monitoring the presence of each employee.

Automatic calculation of charges and deductions

Using the “Personnel and Wages” package, it is possible to keep records of mutual settlements with workers and labor costs. All calculation processes are automated: from entering data on the fulfillment of working hours in accordance with the schedule to creating documents for payment of wages. The generation of reports to government agencies has been implemented, which greatly simplifies the work of HR managers and accountants involved in payroll calculations.

The system works with all forms of remuneration that are used in business organizations: pond, hourly and piecework, as well as their various variations.

The functionality of the system supports a wide range of charges and deductions in accordance with the law:

  • Calculations based on average wages – vacation pay, sick leave, payment for business trips, etc.
  • Calculation of the amount of other charges – indexation amount; additional payments for hazardous working conditions; for work at night and on weekends; fixed bonuses. Flexible configuration of the parameters required for calculation allows the user to independently make changes to the calculation functions if necessary.
  • Calculation of the amount of deductions – taxes (personal income tax, unified social tax and tax), alimony, compensation of writs of execution.

The “Personnel and Payroll” package is also successfully implemented in organizations with a large number of employees, since all basic documents for payroll calculations have automatic completion tools.

Based on accounting data from the Payroll module, you can create the following reports: pay letters, pay slips, and others.

The results of calculations can be presented in the form of analytical reports, for example in the Report on types of calculations, which can be flexibly adapted by the user.

Formation of regulated reporting

Based on the received data on income, accrued taxes and contributions, the necessary official reporting is generated: tax calculation (Appendix 1, Appendix 4, Appendix 5) and the corresponding XML files for integration with the M.E.Doc system. The user can preview the generated records in relation to employees and make changes if required without uploading files to M.E.Doc.

Generation of reports for statistical authorities is also available – 1-PV (monthly), 1-PV (quarterly) and corresponding printed forms.

Vacation reserve

The system allows you to create financial reserves to pay vacations to all employees of the enterprise, taking into account the average salary of each employee in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Finance. The module includes the formation of a vacation schedule (with the ability to print) for all employees, the calculation of the necessary funds, as well as the formation of corresponding entries in the financial system.
