Core of the System
The core of the system is responsible for the unification of universal processes for processing accounting transactions. Its functions include:
- Populating the chart of accounts (synthetic accounting);
- Formation of analytical entities;
- Filling internal structures with data on accounting transactions;
- Providing interfaces for processing information from various accounting areas.
The core’s goal is to create services for organizing synthetic and analytical accounting and to enable the generation of statistical and analytical reports based on universal mechanisms.
Core Tasks:
- Supporting the system’s architecture;
- Creating account analytics;
- Formation and support of the chart of accounts;
- Maintaining accounting records in a two-dimensional format: double entry for traditional viewing and single entry for full accounting of analytics;
- Supporting accounting elements such as primary documents and transaction templates;
- Uploading the chart of accounts from CSV format.
The core includes system services (interfaces, APIs) for other applied components and an interface part that provides:
- Searching and viewing accounting records;
- Turnover balance sheet;
- Viewing balance with grouping and detailing;
- Universal primary document (accounting certificate).
Accounting for Fixed Assets and Intangible Assets
This functional group automates the accounting of non-current assets, including:
- Maintaining inventory cards;
- Receipt, commissioning, transfer, modernization, and disposal of fixed assets;
- Revaluation, depreciation, and inventory of assets.
The group provides documentary support for all types of asset movements, including inventory, revaluation, and depreciation.
Inventory Accounting
This block automates the processes of inventory accounting, including:
- Accounting for materials, raw materials, fuel, spare parts;
- Receipt, transfer, disposal of inventories;
- Maintaining analytical accounting by items, batches, storage locations, and materially responsible persons;
- Generating reports on inventory balances and turnover.
Cash Accounting
The functionality is designed to account for cash operations in bank accounts and the Treasury. It includes:
- Accounting for current accounts in national and foreign currency;
- Processing payment orders, bank statements, foreign currency operations.
Accounts Receivable and Payable
This block automates the processes of accounts receivable and payable with buyers, including:
- Accounting for advances, settlements with accountable persons, claims, losses, and other debtors;
- Generating advance reports, maintaining documents on operations with accountable persons.
Supplier Settlements
The functionality for automating supplier and contractor settlements includes:
- Accounting for goods received, completed work and services;
- Maintaining contracts with counterparties, invoices, acceptance certificates;
- Inventory of debts.
